User has right to request to add, modify or delete your information by directly contacting Vignesh Travels Support or sending request to admin@vigneshtravel.com with appropriate data. Data deletion is subject to the Data Retention Policy.
DATA RETENTION
All the relevant data collected, which are stated under this Privacy Policy, will be retained by Vignesh Travels in compliance with the applicable statutory regulatory requiremets. User has right to request deletion of the accounts at any time. The requests are verified for deletion, subject to statutory requirements. The retuntion timeperiod of user data will be determined by Legal and regulatory requirements, for the purpose of safety, security, fraud prevention, any issues related to the customers data such as an outstanding credit or unresolved claims or dispute.

Vignesh Travels do not capture any Customer/Driver related Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Mobile banking Payment data, within Web based booking application or Driver App Mobile Application

Hosting and IT service providers :Our services are hosted with Microsoft Azure Cloud Service. Data collected for the business purpose are stored with industry standard Secured environment in Azure Cloud dedicated Virtual Machines.
